Our unit, E-31, is on the third floor in the E Building, which is one of two buildings closest to the beach. There is an elevator for handicap accessibility.

The unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a full kitchen (very well equipped), and a washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a large adjoining dressing area/master bath.

The second bedroom has two twin beds.

The living room sofa folds out into a queen sized sleeper.

We have televisions with cable in the living room and the bedrooms (with a vcr/dvd player in living room and dvd player in the master bedroom) and a stereo player for tapes and cd's in the living room.

Linens and towels are provided.

It was completely remodeled in late 2003 and is in beautiful condition.

There is a "lanai" (a screened porch) on the beach side of the unit, which overlooks the pond, pool, and out to the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Both the living room and master bedroom have access to this porch, and from the bedroom you look directly out towards the beach, and the living room is at a slightly different angle that is more towards the pool, but we have a large wall mirror that reflects the gulf and beach to the living room so you get a very spacious feeling there as well.

Another nice thing about our unit is that the back bedroom has its own small screened porch off the back with a sliding door. It gives a spacious feel to that bedroom, and unlike other units, our back bedroom does not have people walking by the corridor outside the window--so the extra privacy is a plus.

We ask people not to smoke in our unit, and in our experience our request has been respected.

There is a minimum stay of 1 week (Saturday - Saturday)

Lastly, Pointe Santo is a large, well-maintained condominium complex with all amenities you would want or expect. There is a pool, a hot tub, a clubhouse with supervised activities for children, tennis courts, shuffleboard, barbeque grills, and many other great features. Wireless internet service is now available throughout the complex, a great convenience.
